Pattern: Hat with Owls by Yelena Chen
Yarn: Merino Superwash by Plymouth

From Ravelry.com: "The cute owls on this hat are created with simple cables. The pattern includes both written instructions and charts for the stitches used. The pattern is available in one size to fit a child or an average adult with head circumference of 21”-23”. The hat is made in the round and does not have a seam. The “eyes” are sewn to the owls’ faces by hand."

Pattern: The Lone Skein by Joji Locatelli
Yarn: Alegria by Manos del Uruguay

From Ravelry.com: "A one skein shawl is such a pretty thing to make. They are always worthy of our finest treasured yarns, they yield almost instant gratification and they are, truly, the most fun accessories to spice up your daily wardrobe. This simple crescent shaped shawl can be made with just 1 skein of fingering (sock weight) yarn. It alternates bands of slipped sts, garter stitch and short rows. The crescent is asymmetrical (it’s longer towards one side) and its characteristic shape is achieved by working increases over the edges."

Another crochet masterpiece by our friend Cameron, this blanket will keep you warm and put a smile on your face. Cameron used a beautiful multi-colored yarn, so there is no need for changing yarns in order to get the beautiful colors!

From Ravely.com: "With each formation of stitches that make little hearts, leave kisses, bring butterflies or sprinkle flowers is a reminder that even when the sky is grey and life is full of yucky stuff, sometimes you have to kick off your shoes and dance in the rain."
