Our Completed Projects

Having all of you bring your completed projects to the shop to show them off is one of the things we have missed most since the quarantine began. It's always fun to hear you talk about how much you enjoyed your project while we admire your beautiful work! Since we can't just sit & knit at the shop yet, the showing off of your projects isn't happening as much, so we thought you might like to see a few of OUR recent completed projects instead. We hope that seeing these projects might inspire you to try one of them, so here we go!

Lazy Hiker

Using two contrasting colors of sock yarn, this beautiful shawl is something a little bright and cheerful. It's an easy knit with some lace sections to add some interest while knitting and wearing! This sample was knit using Practically Perfect Sock by Emma's Yarn in colorways: Barbie Girl and Wing It.

Ivy Shawlette

This sweet shawlette by Shelley Brander is knit in Juniper Moon Cumulus. The shawlette will knit up quickly on size 11 needles and will be the perfect summer accessory. The fun fringe adds a bit of whimsy and gives the shawl a cute backwards bandana-like optional look.

Birds of a Feather

This Andrea Mowry shawl is knit using beautiful new colorways of Dream in Color. The pattern begins with a single point (only a few stitches to cast on!). Shifting from Dream in Color Billy Kid Silk (& mohair) to the amazing Dream in Color Smooshy with Cashmere, this shawl is fun to knit and lovely to wear!

Anica Shawl

Anica is a nice lightweight shawl shown here in the new Uneek yarn from Urth. From Ravelry: "Anica is a fun and very easy little shawl. It is worked sideways with clever shaping which results in long narrow symmetrical tips. Mostly knit in garter stitch with pretty eyelets adorning the one side and picots the other. You will only need 1 skein of fingering weight yarn. Self-striping, handpainted, ombre, fade leftovers. Anything goes!"

Sweetly Simple Baby Leg Warmers

These Hogwarts leg warmers will be the perfect gift for little Haley's 9 & 3/4 month "birthday." They are perfect for a little ones whose parents are Harry Potter fans, but of course you can knit them in any color you choose. This pair was knit using Simplicity by Hikoo.
